F.A.Q. Dental Division:
- The instrument needs 4-5 minutes to boot up.
- The instrument shuts down as soon as you take it out of the cradle.
- It's not possible to start the instrument.
- Different shape recognition on the SpectroShade Micro and on the PC.
- Different shade analyses on the SpectroShade Micro and on the PC. Although the shape recognition is the same.
- Doing several readings on the same tooth but the SpectroShade Micro shows different results.
- The image becomes very bright and it's difficult to recognize the details.
- I'ts not possible to do the white calibration.
- White marks appears on the tooth image.
- The instrument shuts down while using it. The display is freezing and accept no more applications.
- Display becomes black if the SpectroShade Micro is too far away from the teeth or if the movings are too fast.
- Touchscreen doesn't work properly. If working with the pen the touchscreen does react shifted.
- The instrument is set in a foreign language.
- No printout. No print preview. Print preview is black and white.
- It's quite difficult to position the guideline. It's difficult to set the green line.
- Readings are absolutely too dark.
- Readings give senseless results.
- Desired shadeguide is not available in the instrument.
- Desired shadeguide is not available on the PC.
- Display looks strange (splitted images in the function "compare").
- Installation: Setup didn't succeed.
- The program has no access authorisation.
- Installation of USB-driver doesn't work (Plug and Play).
- You can't find a specific function in the PC software.
