  NOTIFICATION AND REQUEST FOR CONSENT FOR THE HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION (art. 13 of Law Decree No. 196, dated 30 June, 2003) In accordance with art. 13 of Law Decree No. 196, dated 30 June, 2003 (Protection of persons and other parties in the handling of personal information) we hereby inform you of the conditions with which your personal information is collected and handled, and request that you return a signed and dated copy of this document to us. 1. Notification. For the purposes of this document, the term “information” refers to all personal information relative to your company, which has been collected to date and that will be collected in future, whether directly by us, or by third parties, and is handled by our company. 2. Purposes of handling and processing. Your information is handled and processed for the following purposes only: For the conduction of commercial activities such as, for example, the definition, management and fulfilment of contracts stipulated with ourselves, for the compliance with the prescriptions of civil, accounting and fiscal legislature, for the administration of dealings between our companies and to inform you of products and services offered, etc; For marketing and statistical purposes, such as, for example: market analysis, research, promotions, advertising, etc. 3. Methods of handling and processing. You information may be handled in paper form or using electronic and IT systems, or using any means rendered available by future technological development. Your information will be handled legitimately and in good faith, in complete confidentiality and in compliance with the prescriptions of applicable laws. 4. Mandatory or facultative nature of consent and consequences of your refusal to give consent. Your consent is facultative. However, failure to give consent will make it impossible to fulfil orders or conduct a commercial relationship. Your consent is also necessary in order to fulfil certain fiscal obligations and, in general, to comply with legal requisites. 5. Persons or parties to whom the information may be divulged and extent of the distribution of your information. Over and above the divulgation and distribution of your information in order to comply with legal requisites, all information collected and processed may be divulged and distributed to employees or associates of our company and to third parties. Any divulgation and distribution of you information, in any form, will only be conducted in connection with the commercial activities of our company. Your information may also be divulged or distributed abroad, in compliance with applicable law. 6. Rights of the owner of the information. The rights of the owner of the information are specified in art. 7 of Law Decree No. 196/2003. 7. Holder. The person responsible for processing the information, in compliance with art. 7, is the appointed temporary director. The updated list of persons responsible for the processing of the information appointed by our company is available from our company itself.
